What do I have to do to sign up?
We have a very simple process  to start your asset recovery plan which entails a few forms that allow us to begin working on your behalf.

  • We will email you our plan agreements-  which states terms of the recovery plan in writing (details also explained by phone ), and allows us to speak with the court and the state agencies on your behalf.

  • You sign and notarize the documents.

  • Return the signed documents along with a copy of your valid photo ID via priority mail in the pre-paid postage we provide.

  • Once the recovery process is complete, we overnight mail your refund check to the address you provide.

We try to make things as convenient as possible for you.

What is the standard service fee amount?

The standard service fee varies on a case by case basis. We never charge more than 30% which is the industry standard fee.

Remember, you do not pay anything upfront. We handle all of the upfront costs associated with the process. We do all of the work on your behalf and navigate the entire legal process which can often be confusing and frustrating to the average person. We even have a legal team that fights to ensure the best outcome of your Asset Recovery plan. You pay nothing unless we are able to get you a payout.

How do I know that I will get my portion of the Asset payout?

The “assignment agreements” that you sign with us are legally binding agreements which protect your best interests and ensures that we will send you the remaining portion of the assets recovered after our fees are deducted.

How long does the process take to get the refund check?

When you return the notarized agreements via the prepaid postage we provide, this allows us to work and correspond on your behalf, our goal is to initiate the legal proceedings within 3 business days of receiving the documents. Once the documents are filed with the court it typically takes approximately 21 days on average to process the refund.

If any disputes arise from other parties who have an interest in the property, then the process will take longer because it will then go through a litigation to determine who has priority claim to the assets. Our agreements are effective for 91 days in such cases.

What if I am in the middle of a bankruptcy?

Please let us know immediately if you are in the process of a bankruptcy or plan to file bankruptcy within the next 90 days.  If so, It is best to postpone the asset recovery process so that the creditors do not have the right to confiscate these funds to settle your debts.

How do I get the actual property back?

Dominion Equities can assist you with advisement during the property redemption process. However, there is a minimum 20% redemption penalty (if redeemed within the first 12 months after the auction) which must be paid to the current lien holder by law, in addition to the purchase price that was paid for the lien.
